- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Exclusions: Certain items, such as gift cards and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Methods
- Online Returns: Initiate your return by visiting our returns portal. You’ll need your order number and ZIP code to begin the process. Once submitted, you’ll receive a prepaid return label to send your items back at no additional cost.
- In-Store Returns: If you prefer, you can return your items at any of our retail locations. Please bring your order confirmation and the items in their original condition.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
- Size or Style Change: If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.
